-There is NO Cancellation or money devolution once the order is placed.
-We provide pictures of the product once it has been finished for your approval,We do not ship any order without previous authorization of the customer!.

-INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
As of 18 February 2016, Orders to USA, CANADA and AUSTRALIA, can be shipped only via FeDex, this due some shipping restrictions imposed to Egypt, we apologize for the inconvenient.

You will receive a Tracking number after your order have been shipped.
Due to customs laws shipping may take several weeks or longer to some areas. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the items price or shipping charges. These fees are the buyers responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
These fees are normally collected when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
-Title, risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the customer as from the date of dispatch from Muslim Elegance Shop.
• Once the item has left our hands we are NOT responsible for them (i.e – package is lost or damaged). If this is a concern then please choose the insurance extra and make note of this when ordering. Before posting, we do however ensure that all items are in perfect condition.
