 Shipping Method and Delivery Time


As of 18 February 2016, Orders to USA,  can be shipped only via FeDex, this due some shipping restrictions imposed to Egypt, we apologize for the inconvenient. 


 SHIPPING via FedEx,visit www.fedex.com for fees and estimated delivery time, usually 3-4 working days for delivery.

For the rest of the world, shipping is via Egypt post, usually 7-10 working days, price is per weight ($12.00 -$18.00 USD approximately) 

You will receive a Tracking number after your order have been shipped.

Visit the web page of the carrier you had chosen 
-Insert the tracking number and then click Enter

When FeDex cannot deliver the parcel to you at home, they will take it back to their office for collection (a Notification will be left to say delivery was attempted and the location of Pick Up). 

We suggest entering a shipping address where there is someone available to accept the delivery during business hours. It is not the responsibility of Muslim Elegance if the package is left unattended and/or goes missing.

Muslim Elegance is not liable for any additional cost like customs duty and/or taxes due to your country regulations.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
These fees are normally collected when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.


• If you require shipping insurance, please let us know when ordering as there is a separate charge for this.

• Depending on the import laws of some countries, some buyers may be charged customs, duty fees and/or taxes. As these are out of our hands, these charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and not of Muslim Elegance.
• Once the item has left our hands we are not responsible for them (i.e – package is lost or damaged). If this is a concern then please choose the insurance extra and make note of this when ordering. Before posting, we do however ensure that all items are in perfect condition.
